1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 333k0 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player" or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 333k0 ("we", "us", or "the Company"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of 333k0 following any published amendment to these Terms will be deemed your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account on 333k0, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned subject to verification.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 333k0 Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. The Company uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended without prior notice and any bonus funds immediately voided.

2.3 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your Bangladesh National ID card, a valid mobile number registered in your name, and a valid email address. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. The Company will not be held responsible for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

333k0 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in line with responsible gaming best practices. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit a copy of your Bangladesh National ID card (NID) or passport for identity verification. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership — at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 333k0 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. The Company will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 333k0 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

3.2 Account Activity

You acknowledge that all bets, wagers, and transactions made through your account are your sole responsibility. The Company will not reverse or void any bet placed using your account credentials, regardless of whether the account was accessed by you personally. An automatic session timeout applies after 30 minutes of inactivity as a security measure; however, this does not constitute a guarantee against unauthorised access.

3.3 Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 333k0 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period, subject to written notification to the registered email address. Any remaining balance after dormancy fees will be returned to the player upon verified identity check and written request.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 333k0 support via live chat. The Company will process closure requests within 48 hours of receipt. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet after identity verification, provided no active wagering requirements are attached to the balance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

333k0 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Company does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion to player balances.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 333k0; however, individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may impose their own transaction limits per their respective terms of service. Players are responsible for being aware of their payment provider's transaction limits.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits submitted via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's 333k0 balance within 60 seconds of the transaction reference being submitted and verified. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 60 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours. Deposits are not credited until cleared funds are received by 333k0's payment processor.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes during BST hours (9am–11pm daily) for bKash and Nagad withdrawals, provided KYC verification is complete and no active bonus wagering requirements are attached to the balance. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

333k0 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusually large or inconsistent with prior account activity. The Company further reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where it has reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such hold within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being flagged.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 333k0 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of the offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet wagering requirements within this period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated. 333k0 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its sole discretion, including where a player's account shows patterns consistent with bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion. Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion's terms.

5.4 Abuse of Bonuses

The Company has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Activities constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, coordinating with other players to collectively exploit a promotion, and using automated bots or scripts to place bets. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Company reserves the right to void all bonuses, forfeit all associated winnings, and permanently close the player's account.

5.5 Seasonal & Cultural Promotions

333k0 may offer special promotions aligned with Bangladeshi cultural events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Durga Puja, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), BPL seasons, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All such promotions are subject to their own terms published at the time of the offer and remain subject to these general Terms.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333k0 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform under any name, identity, or device.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, access the Platform, or circumvent any security measure.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating that affects the fairness of game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems for financial gain. Any such exploit must be reported to 333k0 support immediately upon discovery.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying infrastructure of the Platform.
• Making false or misleading statements to 333k0 support or providing forged documentation during KYC verification.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your 333k0 account.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Any technical malfunction in game software supplied by third-party providers.
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform, including where a player believes a game outcome was incorrect.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any banking institution.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 333k0 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

11 Amendments to These Terms

333k0 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Company will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4 above. The Company is not obligated to maintain prior versions of these Terms, though it may do so at its discretion.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 333k0 Platform, you agree to first contact 333k0 customer support in good faith to seek an informal resolution. The Company will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 10 business days of receipt.

Please include your registered account details, a description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. 333k0's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions is final, subject only to demonstrable technical error verified by the Company's technical team.
